We kick-start the new year by introducing Christian Albertsen, Kvant's new Senior Consultant! Christian has broad experience; he has previously worked both with recruitment and consultancy, and in recent years he has focused on project management within innovation and digitalization. Before this, he took an MSc in Innovation Management in Ningbo in China, in addition to a BBA from UiB. With a creative mind and a particular interest in innovation and business development, Christian will complement the team well.

Before Christian started as Senior Consultant at Kvant, he worked as a project manager at DigitalNorway. He has facilitated innovation processes, worked with topics such as data sharing and artificial intelligence, and led collaboration across industries and sectors.

Christian also has solid expertise in the recruitment field through his experience from executive search. He has also worked with industry analyzes and developed a broad understanding of Norwegian business and social life. At Kvant, these are skills we should be the best at, and Christian's background is thus very relevant to contribute to Kvant's development.
