We are pleased to welcome Helle Cecilie Sandberg to us! She started up as a Consultant in Kvant in February, after almost four years as an HR consultant in the law firm Thommessen. Helle has a Bachelor in HR and Personnel Management, followed by an MSc in Management and Organizational Psychology from BI. Her professional background, in addition to a broad understanding of both business and people, will strengthen Kvant in the acquisition of candidates and the further development of businesses.

In Thommessen, Helle was responsible for, among other things, onboarding and talent development, HSE and, not least, recruitment to the line. This has given her a great understanding of how to attract and find the best candidates, in addition to a good understanding of best practice service delivery in a leading environment. She also has great experience in uncovering real competence needs through management support. Helle has additionally worked as an HR consultant in Kirkens Bymisjon. With a great depth in HR, both academically and in terms of experience, she will act as an important resource in the team. Helle is also very positive and engaged, which will benefit our customers.
