We are delighted to introduce our third new employee this year. Julie worked as a researcher for two years at Opus Finance before joining us at Kvant. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Management and a Master's degree in Management and Organizational Psychology from BI. With her expertise in organization, business, and recruitment, Julie will provide valuable advice and optimize the recruitment process for our customers in her role as a consultant.
During her time at Opus, Julie gained valuable expertise in research and candidate outreach. With her strong industry experience in accounting, economics, and finance, Julie will bolster some of Kvant's key specialist areas right from the start. Her exceptional systematic abilities and curiosity in understanding customer needs and job roles make her a valuable addition to our team.- After almost two years of insight into processes and the candidate market, I am looking forward to being able to contribute to Kvant's journey and development. My education reflects a great interest in the interaction of people in organizations and how we as advisers can maximize the potential of both companies and candidates.
